Linoleic acid is a lighter oil and better for congested, oilier skin types, whereas oleic acid is thicker, richer and more hydrating, ideal for dry or mature skin. It is made of 75%-80% oleic acid, but also contains a decent amount of palmitic acid (10%), and linoleic acid (9%).
